Welcome to Unfloured, a little bakery with a big heart and not a trace of gluten in
sight.
We started Unfloured with one simple goal: to make gluten-free baking that feels normal
again. Food that's safe for coeliacs, gentle for anyone avoiding gluten, and delicious enough that
everyone at the table wants a slice.
Every loaf, cookie, and cake we bake is made from scratch in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen,
using
simple, wholesome ingredients and a whole lot of care.
We take safety seriously, but we also believe
gluten-free food should feel joyful, nostalgic, and full of comfort.
