We started Unfloured with one simple goal: to make gluten-free baking that feels normal again. Food that's safe for coeliacs, gentle for anyone avoiding gluten, and delicious enough that everyone at the table wants a slice. Every loaf, cookie, and cake we bake is made from scratch in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, using simple, wholesome ingredients and a whole lot of care.
